Sales Support - VAS

Responsibilities

• Handle VAS KPI reports and monitor daily performance
• Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks
• Coordinate B2B vendor invoices
• Handle telesales for multi-products and services
• Listen to customer questions and provide accurate responses
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary education
• Experience in Automotive, banking, or sales support within the UAE
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and market
• Experience using CRM software
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Strong data entry and multitasking skills
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service attitude
