About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle VAS KPI reports and monitor daily performance
- Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads
- Follow up and track payments from partner banks
- Coordinate B2B vendor invoices
- Handle telesales for multi-products and services
- Listen to customer questions and provide accurate responses
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary education
- Experience in automotive, banking, or sales support within the UAE
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and market
- Experience using CRM software
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service attitude
