Sales Support & Surgical Equipment Coordinator DACH

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for the sales and sales management team regarding administrative topics and employee onboarding
• Manage supplier setup, create purchase orders, and trigger orders in close collaboration with the field sales team
• Monitor surgical sales sponsoring requests and ensure compliance with documentation guidelines via the ARA tool
• Serve as a key interface between stakeholders and departments to coordinate equipment logistics through to installation
• Oversee demo management, including acting as the Demo Process Owner and managing used equipment and sales
• Maintain and analyze data quality within Salesforce to support opportunity management and sales targets

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Administration, or a comparable academic qualification, or completed commercial training with relevant experience
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational, coordination, and cooperation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Customer-oriented, flexible, and goal-driven work style
• Residency near Aschaffenburg or willingness to relocate
