Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales records and marketing materials
- Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Generate sales reports, marketing performance reports, and analyze sales trends
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for internal and external use
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Help manage social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment in sales and marketing efforts
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when required
