Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender inquiries (RFI, RFP, RFQ) to understand client requirements and technical specifications
• Support the preparation and updating of price offers and technical/commercial proposals
• Manage and update offer databases and ERP systems
• Support the sales team with documentation and approval processes
• Monitor and track offer status to ensure timely responses to clients
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval procedures
• Provide administrative and analytical support for reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management (RFI, RFP, RFQ), price calculation, or sales support
• Good command of English
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft environment (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online tools such as Ariba, Newtron, Coupa, or Logintrade
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Market analysis skills
