Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently create and calculate offers and tenders, and process customer contracts
• Professionally prepare customer presentations and sales documents to support Business Development
• Maintain qualified customer and project data within the CRM system
• Act as a central interface between Business Development Managers, technical teams, and external partners
• Handle customer inquiries confidently via telephone and email to ensure high service quality
• Create analyses and evaluations to provide a solid basis for sales planning

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree
• Proven experience in demanding sales support or internal sales roles
• Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for complex calculations and presentations
• Business fluent German and fluent English to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
• Solution-oriented, hands-on mentality with a focus on process quality and independent action
