Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to commercial activities to support sales processes.
• Manage quotes, orders, and contracts within the SAP system.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and record invoices, settlements, and other commercial documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and provide support to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with various functional departments including legal, compliance, IT, accounting, and strategy.
• Support management decision-making through the preparation of reports, analyses, and business projects.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or 1-3 years of experience in sales administrative support.
• Conversational English skills (both written and verbal).
• A supportive and problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-oriented way of thinking.
• High level of precision, flexibility, and creativity in work execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in SAP and other CRM systems.
