Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support sales processes by preparing quotes and calculations for electricity and gas for business clients
• Provide operational support to the agency network and assist agents with process-related inquiries
• Manage CRM system data and support commission settlements with partner networks
• Monitor payments and support the team in soft debt collection activities
• Create, distribute, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
• Verify the formal correctness of documents such as contracts, assignments, and terminations
• Maintain documentation and archives in accordance with internal procedures

Requirements

• Higher education (completed or in progress), preferably in administration, economics, management, energy, marketing, or logistics
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office (especially Word)
• Analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in Polish; English language skills are a plus
