Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support bidding processes by preparing quotes and calculations for electricity and gas
• Assist the agency network with operational matters and process support
• Manage CRM system data and support periodic commission settlements
• Support debt collection processes through payment monitoring
• Prepare and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
• Verify the correctness and completeness of commercial documents
• Organize documentation and maintain internal records

Requirements

• Higher education completed or in progress (Administration, Economics, Management, Energy, Marketing, or Logistics)
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Analytical thinking and high accuracy with documentation
• Strong work organization and independence
• Fluency in Polish
• English language skills are an asset
