Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide complex support tasks for standard and mass customer segments throughout the customer lifecycle
• Manage related processes at a systemic level
• Handle, track, and maintain up-to-date records of offers, contracts, and other documents
• Prepare customer segment reports and maintain databases
• Propose improvements and new solutions for sales systems and processes
• Maintain contact with internal departments and external partners when necessary

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant energy industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and large databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
• High precision and reliability in meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer relations
