Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as an inside partner to Sales Representatives, assisting with project system maintenance and client follow-up.
• Manage client contact via phone and email, including handling inventory inquiries, order placement, and sample requests.
• Guide customers through the showroom experience and discuss the sales line in person.
• Maintain local showroom sample inventory and ensure the work environment meets company standards.
• Resolve client issues professionally, including concerns regarding pricing, delivery, quality, or installation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as resource management, sample fulfillment, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage problem resolution with confidence.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
