About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including prospect research and preliminary call activities.
- Assist in the development of partnership proposals, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and sales collateral.
- Manage sales documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy and availability for the team.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments or external partners to develop combined sales strategies.
- Prepare for and follow up on prospect meetings, presentations, and visits.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding prospects to Senior Management.
- Learn and apply company tools, methodologies, and processes to support sales reporting and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly to resolve issues.
- Effective communication and listening skills to act as a reliable strategic partner.
- Ability to follow standard practices and procedures when analyzing data or situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience working within the payments industry.
