About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor sales orders to ensure timely shipments and high customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints while providing regular shipping updates
- Monitor and support sales through all forms of inbound communication
- Provide operational support by systematically maintaining and communicating expected ship dates
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide necessary documentation for the finance department
- Participate in the resolution of credit problems and invoice discrepancies
- Cross-train in various departmental workstations to support production needs as required
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer requirements
