Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and the outside sales team to provide high-quality service.
• Process customer orders via phone, email, EDI, and chat, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Utilize SAP to enter orders and manage backorder and open order reports.
• Resolve issues regarding order fulfillment, shipping, billing, and product functionality.
• Coordinate with the internal graphics team and suppliers to create accurate art proofs and revisions for production.
• Communicate product or sales issues to the purchasing and sales departments.
• Manage high volumes of email and task-switch effectively to balance multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in sales support or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to research products and learn a broad range of vendors.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP.
