About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist Inside Sales Managers in compiling documentation and generating client quotations
  • Manage client communications and update information in CRM and LIMS systems
  • Assist in the compilation of documentation required for RFPs, including certifications and resumes
  • Perform market research, including internet searches for vertical markets and competitor intel
  • Conduct lead generation and customer information searches
  • Serve as a main point of contact for customers requesting services
  • Update data in LIMS for Affiliates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related science, or an Associate’s degree with four years of industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate personal computer skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication skills for presenting information to customers or employees
  • Experience with CRM, SAP, or LIMS is preferred
