Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Manage sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems effectively to manage customer relationships
• Support operations by working both in the warehouse and at the service counter

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Ability to work in both a warehouse setting and at a service counter
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Waterworks or the Construction industry
• Prior warehouse experience
• A college or bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to upsell and build long-term customer relationships
