About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and accounts within a specific region or division
- Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and drive account conversions or expansions
- Partner with specialists to plan and execute sales strategies that grow revenue and solution adoption
- Manage distributor performance by implementing sales plans and conducting periodic reviews to achieve targets
- Utilize multiple data sources to forecast sales and track performance against business goals
- Conduct commercial negotiations for the purchase and supply of products and services
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver product and media presentations
- Proficiency in webinar and video conferencing technologies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-starter with a results-oriented focus and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the medical device industry
- BA/BS degree in a business discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to work independently
