About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and accounts within a specific region or division
  • Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and drive account conversions or expansions
  • Partner with specialists to plan and execute sales strategies that grow revenue and solution adoption
  • Manage distributor performance by implementing sales plans and conducting periodic reviews to achieve targets
  • Utilize multiple data sources to forecast sales and track performance against business goals
  • Conduct commercial negotiations for the purchase and supply of products and services

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales support
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver product and media presentations
  • Proficiency in webinar and video conferencing technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented focus and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the medical device industry
  • BA/BS degree in a business discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven leadership qualities and ability to work independently
