Sales Support Representative - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate product deliveries on behalf of customers
• Manage sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in buying, sales, or customer service
• 3-5 years of knowledge regarding industrial pipes, valves, and fittings
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to effectively upsell
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
• Proven track record of following through on commitments and responding quickly to customer needs
