Sales Support Representative - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems effectively

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong upselling skills and ability to build customer relationships
• General digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Proven ability to make timely decisions and respond quickly to customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other industrial trades
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality
