Sales Support Representative-Industrial

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers to ensure project success
• Manage sales calls, addressing general inquiries and resolving customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to maintain efficient communication and record-keeping

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in buying, sales, or customer service
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify upselling opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Proven ability to make timely decisions and respond quickly to customer needs

• 3-5 years of experience within the industrial or mining sectors
