Sales Support Representative - Fire & Fabrication

Responsibilities

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by determining the best products and solutions
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to address and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships effectively
• Perform occasional warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell and build customer relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
