Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Oversee the generation, review, and delivery of customer quotations, including pricing, product specifications, and lead times.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of quotes by maintaining alignment with industrial pricing standards.
• Support the team in identifying and sourcing materials from internal inventory, preferred vendors, and approved suppliers.
• Review nonstock or special-order sourcing to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications.
• Build relationships with vendor partners to negotiate availability, pricing, and order timelines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• 3-5 years of specialized knowledge in Industrial Pipes, Flanges, and Fittings (PFF).
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to effectively upsell products.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-through on commitments and a customer-service oriented mentality.
