Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate customer deliveries and manage sales calls to resolve inquiries or concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications
• Perform diverse duties including working in the warehouse, pipe yard, and at the sales counter

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Capability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative tasks
• Digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to react well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Waterworks or Construction industries
• Proven ability to upsell and build long-term customer relationships
• Highly motivated and customer-service oriented mentality
