Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through accurate sales orders and timely quotations
• Coordinate product deliveries on behalf of customers
• Manage sales calls, addressing general inquiries and resolving customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships
• Perform diverse duties across the warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse and yard environment
• Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong upselling skills and ability to drive sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in waterworks or a construction environment
• Previous warehouse experience
• Bachelor's degree or college degree
