Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to use CRM and phone systems effectively
• Strong communication and upselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality
