Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office
• Strong upselling skills and ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Experience using Genesis phone systems
