Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Manage sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Strong upselling skills and ability to drive sales
• Digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and build customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other related trades
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality
