Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by determining the best products and solutions
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to address and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications
• Work closely with Sales associates to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and upselling skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades
• Highly motivated with a strong ability to build customer relationships
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs
