Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems effectively

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is required
• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to upsell and demonstrate strong sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and following through on commitments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems
