Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers to ensure project success
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and communications

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new software, systems, and product knowledge quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to react well in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and make timely decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems
• Experience with upselling and relationship building
