Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Trade customer group by providing personalized service and timely quotations
• Partner with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Process accurate sales orders and coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Manage sales calls, addressing general inquiries and resolving customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to maintain efficient customer communication

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to react well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn product knowledge and business processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the plumbing or HVAC trades
• Proven upselling skills and a track record of meeting customer needs
• Highly motivated mentality with a focus on building long-term relationships
