Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through accurate sales orders and timely quotations
• Coordinate customer deliveries and manage logistics
• Handle sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships
• Perform various duties across the warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Capability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative settings
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Waterworks or the Construction industry
• Proven ability to upsell and build long-term customer relationships
