Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by determining the best products and solutions
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to manage customer relationships and inquiries
• Work closely with Sales associates to meet and exceed customer needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong upselling skills and a sales-oriented mentality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or related trades
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
