Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of residential customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems effectively

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong upselling skills and ability to build customer relationships
• Digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
• Proven track record of following through on commitments and responding quickly to customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality
• Ability to quickly learn new product knowledge and internal processes
