Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems effectively

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on commitments
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and internal processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades
• Proven upselling skills
• Highly motivated mentality with a focus on building customer relationships
