Sales Support Representative - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Assist with behind-the-scenes sales functions, including answering general inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
• Recommend products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance at the parts counter and offer backup support in the warehouse as needed.
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Utilize CRM and phone systems effectively to manage customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver outstanding service to existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Availability to work M-F 8:30am - 5pm, plus one Saturday per month from 7:30am - 12pm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Plumbing or HVAC industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
