Sales Support & Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, including validation, entry, and coordination with internal teams
• Prepare and validate quotes in Salesforce and support Sales with pricing and SKU selection
• Process renewal orders accurately and on time to prevent revenue leakage
• Handle daily operational requests from major Japanese distributors and resellers
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, and order data in Salesforce
• Receive, validate, and input Purchase Orders into ERP systems
• Support channel partners with order entry, documentation, and coordination
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal execution
• Ensure all Japan-specific documentation, approvals, and audit requirements are met

Requirements

• Professional-level Japanese (spoken and written)
• Business-level English
• Salesforce proficiency in quoting and opportunity management
• Foundational understanding of order management processes and administrative workflows
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with purchase order formats and channel order entry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
