About the Company
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, CRM updates, and proposal preparation
- Build and maintain an accurate customer database
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in drafting client-facing materials such as pitch decks and pricing quotes
- Coordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff
- Work on ad-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency
Requirements
- 6-month commitment (no part-time or shorter arrangements)
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Immediate availability or availability within 2–4 weeks preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or STEM
