About the role

About the Company

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, CRM updates, and proposal preparation
  • Build and maintain an accurate customer database
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in drafting client-facing materials such as pitch decks and pricing quotes
  • Coordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency

Requirements

  • 6-month commitment (no part-time or shorter arrangements)
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Immediate availability or availability within 2–4 weeks preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or STEM
