Sales Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, CRM updates, and proposal preparation
• Build and maintain an accurate customer database
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support territory planning
• Assist in drafting client-facing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and pricing quotes
• Coordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff
• Execute ad-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency and process documentation

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a full 6-month internship (no part-time or shorter arrangements)
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or STEM preferred)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Immediate availability or availability within 2–4 weeks is preferred
