Sales Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance in developing formal proposals, corporate presentations, and strategic sales collateral
• Facilitate client engagement schedules, including meetings, follow-up communications, and product demonstrations
• Maintain CRM system integrity through diligent data administration
• Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, lead generation, and performance indicators for reporting
• Execute market and competitive intelligence research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to implement sales strategies
• Manage administrative tasks such as processing contracts, invoices, and account documentation
• Assist in the client onboarding process and maintain follow-through protocols

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

• Interest in digital platforms, real estate, or automotive sectors
• Basic data entry and reporting skills
