Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily customer contact and handle inquiries
• Organize and manage the warehouse
• Handle procurement, administration, and purchasing within the international supplier network
• Monitor workflow quality and adherence to performance metrics
• Deliver goods and act as on-site Fastenal contact for accounts

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Technical understanding and aptitude
• Knowledge of indirect materials in OEM and MRO environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills and quick comprehension
• Problem-solving competence and analytical abilities
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Class B driver's license
