Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and project planning
• Develop customer-specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and layouts
• Create technical drawings and quotation documentation
• Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners
• Advise customers on applications and technologies within the fluid handling field
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal departments

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering (or comparable qualification)
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support
• Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling
• Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings
• Experience in technical design and cost calculation
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Customer-oriented mindset with a structured and independent working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care
