Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of quotations, commercial offers, and cost estimates
• Assist with technical clarifications in coordination with various Business Lines
• Collaborate closely with sales support teams, factories, and internal stakeholders
• Support Sales Managers and sales channels to meet customer and business requirements
• Monitor order execution with a focus on costs, margins, and risks
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage customer information, requests, and opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with indirect sales channels
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and offer management processes
• Develop deep product knowledge and expertise in assigned product lines

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or similar)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales support function
• Strong technical background with experience in sales processes and tools
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficient in English and fluent in Turkish
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience working in international business environments
