Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt through delivery and invoicing
• Issue purchase orders to factories and third-party suppliers and monitor progress
• Coordinate local and international shipments with logistics providers and warehouses
• Prepare delivery documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding order status, availability, and schedules
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless fulfillment
• Proactively monitor open orders to identify and resolve potential delivery risks
• Maintain accurate customer and order data and prepare operational reports for business planning

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations, order management, or customer order support
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or Oracle
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and activities
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel for operational data and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Background supporting B2B customers in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution sectors
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
