About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document creation and prospecting list management
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with precise, timely information
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support various sales initiatives and campaigns
- Create and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions
- Assist with targeted sales initiatives to enhance customer interaction and engagement
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
