Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate vehicle purchase opportunities across multiple sites for resale
• Manage and develop a network of wholesale, retail, and export buyers
• Review auction vehicle lists and execute sales via auction platforms
• Buy, sell, and trade vehicles to maximize profitability and inventory turnover
• Communicate effectively with branch managers and the automotive sales director
• Share sales opportunities with the digital marketing team to maximize visibility
• Participate in surplus inventory management during site visits
• Track sales performance, margins, and produce key indicator reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable automotive sales laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales or a similar environment
• Excellent knowledge of the used vehicle market, price trends, and resale channels
• Valid OMVIC certification (an asset)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Bilingual in French and English
