Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate vehicle purchase opportunities across multiple locations for resale
• Manage and grow a network of wholesale, retail, and export buyers
• Review auction run lists and execute sales through auction platforms
• Buy, sell, and trade inventory to maximize profitability and turnover
• Communicate with Branch Managers and the Car Sales Manager to optimize deal outcomes
• Share advertised sales leads with the Digital Marketing team
• Assist with inventory backlog management during site visits
• Track sales performance, margins, and report key metrics
• Ensure compliance with automotive sales laws and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of the used vehicle market, pricing trends, and resale channels
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid OMVIC certification
