About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and direct customers to appropriate branch staff
  • Verify, update, and process customer orders, payments, and invoicing
  • Schedule customer deliveries and prepare shipping documentation
  • Perform end-of-day cashiering, deposits, and daily balancing
  • Maintain accurate records through system entries and process vendor invoices
  • Review and process tax exemption certificates for compliance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to process financial and administrative transactions accurately
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of three years of administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of state tax laws related to material transactions
