About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team to ensure client requests and deliverables are completed.
- Resolve client and operational issues by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk teams.
- Accurately book deals and ensure trades and transactions are entered correctly into relevant systems.
- Track client information and expiries, proactively flagging upcoming dates to the team and clients.
- Support payment and settlement activity, helping to resolve exceptions and ensure timely fund movement.
- Manage account and user setup, including arranging client platform access and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and share accurate customer reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations role.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce/CRM and MS Office.
- A basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, payments and/or FX processes.
- Familiarity with financial markets and instruments such as spot, forwards, and options.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
