Sales Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to 20–25 registered agencies to drive their business growth.
• Provide management consulting to agency owners regarding sales strategies and organizational structures.
• Plan and execute group training sessions for agency owners and agents covering insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Offer individual coaching to agents on product knowledge, sales expertise, and administrative procedures.
• Support the development of new agencies through recruitment and registration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with partners.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to act independently and take initiative.
• High level of mobility and willingness to travel (approximately 75% travel required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, such as insurance, securities, or banking.
• Ability to anticipate future trends and act proactively.
